As a reality TV fan, there is a strange (and slightly unhinged?) feeling of loss when the reality stars whose lives you've watched unfold for so many years step away from the camera. You realize that the over-familiar (and entirely one-sided) relationship you've formed with them won't continue in the same way.

Bravo announced on Tuesday that reality TV series Vanderpump Rules will return for season 12 with an all-new cast. The season's cast will consist of a new group of "close-knit SUR-vers who are as complicatedly involved with one another as their iconic predecessors," the network said in a news release.

Bravo revealed on November 26 that the upcoming 12th season of Vanderpump Rules will have an entirely new cast of characters, still culled from SUR’s and TomTom’s staff. Lisa Vanderpump, per the title of the show,
