Terrion Arnold, Ennis Rakestraw and Alex Anzalone did not practice Wednesday, with the Detroit Lions preparing for Marvin Harrison Jr. and Cardinals.
Anzalone Returns to Lions Practice, Arnold, Rakestraw Remain Out
Anzalone's return is an encouraging one, as he had left the Week 2 loss with a concussion. Arnold was listed on the injury report with an illness, while Rakestraw has a hamstring injury and Melifonwu is dealing with an ankle ailment.

Cornerback Terrion Arnold (illness), guard Graham Glasgow (knee), safety Ifeatu Melifonwu (ankle), and cornerback Ennis Rakestraw (hamstring) were also out of practice. Safety Kerby Joseph (back) and wide receiver Isaiah Williams (abdomen) were limited participants.
Lions' Terrion Arnold: Misses practice due to illness
Arnold appears to have fully recovered from the finger injury he sustained during Detroit's' loss to the Buccaneers in Week 2, but an illness will keep him sidelined at Wednesday's practice. The rookie first-round pick will have two more opportunities to get healthy and resume practicing prior to Sunday's road matchup against Arizona.

Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown and defensive end Marcus Davenport were both in action during the open portion of practice. Davenport missed Week 2 with a groin injury, leaving an absence that was filled by the likes of Levi Onwuzurike.
