Two people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was found with stab wounds. Police were called to Kinglsey Close in Grangetown, near Middlesbrough, at about 19:15 on Tuesday where officers found a man who had been stabbed in the arm and stomach.

A man has appeared in a London court charged with killing three women in a knife and crossbow attack near London in July.

A man has been charged with attempted murder after another man was stabbed in the neck and face in Ilfracombe, say police. The victim, aged in his 30s, was attacked in the High Street, said officers who were called just before 19:00 BST on 10 September.
