Republican York County District Attorney Dave Sunday has won the race to serve as Pennsylvania’s Attorney General, defeating former Democrat Auditor General Eugene DePasquale. Sunday has worked as a prosecutor in York County since 2009 and became District Attorney in 2018.

Dave Sunday topped Democrat Eugene DePasquale, Libertarian Robert Cowburn, the Green Party's Richard Weiss and the Constitution Party's Justin Magill.
