Court Square Capital Partners has agreed to sell Advanced Diabetes Supply Group, a Carlsbad, California-based distributor of durable medical equipment specializing in diabetes supplies, to Cardinal Health. No financial terms were disclosed. Court Square originally acquired ADSG in December 2020.

Cardinal Health has agreed to acquire a majority stake in GI Alliance, a gastroenterology management services organization, and Advanced Diabetes Supply Group for a combined total of $3.9 billion, according to an Nov. 11 news release from the company.

Cardinal Health said on Monday it acquired majority stakes in GI Alliance and Advanced Diabetes Supply Group (ADSG) for about $2.8 billion and $1.1 billion each in an all cash deal. GIA will operate as a platform within Cardinal Health's Pharmaceutical and Specialty Solutions segment,
