Miami Beach is again cracking down on spring break activities after incidents of public intoxication, property damage and fights.

Following last year’s spring break crack down, the city of Miami Beach is once again enforcing tough measures to separate itself from its party destination reputation.

One year after Miami Beach launched a viral marketing campaign about the city’s desire to “break up” with spring break, officials are rolling out new messaging and similar strict safety measures in hopes of repeating the results they saw in March 2024.
