Netflix’s documentary on Biles covers the Olympic gold medalist’s return to the international competition and the road to get there. While the series focuses on the 27-year-old’s Olympic training, the footage also revealed missteps during the competition that could potentially help fellow Team USA gymnast Jordan Chiles win back her bronze medal.

As the world watched one of the greatest gymnasts in history take the mat for warm-ups at the Paris Olympics, they watched Simone Biles injure her calf. After landing a practice tumbling pass, she began to limp. She told her coach, “my calf or something just pulled like all the way.” She left the stadium before coming back with her calf taped up.

In the two-minute trailer released on Thursday, the seven-time Olympic gold medalist described the tug-of-war she feels between the confidence she gets from her lifetime in the gym and the knowledge that it is rare for someone her age to compete at the Olympic level in a sport where most competitive athletes are several years younger.
