Proposals for a new £10.1m food hall at a retail park run owned by the Issa brothers are revived. A councillor at Westminster City Council said he confronted the man at a Marks & Spencer.
Liam Dodd said: "Ideally, it might be nice to have a Marks & Spencer food hall down here. That would go down really well. "They always serve good food and it's a fairly decent supermarket.
