Hiker seriously burns leg in scalding water after leaving trail in Yellowstone thermal area
A 60-year-old New Hampshire woman suffered second- and third-degree burns on her leg when her leg fell into scalding water in a thermal area at Yellowstone National Park. A news release from the National Parks Service says the woman was flown by helicopter to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center following the incident Monday afternoon.
