Eagle Produce LLC Scottsdale, Arizona is initiating a recall of 224 cases of whole cantaloupe because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, according to a statement from the FDA.

A brand of cantaloupes sold in grocery stores in five states are being recalled due to potential salmonella contamination. According to a Sept. 6 announcement from the Food and Drug Administration, Arizona-based, Eagle Produce LLC initiated a recall of 224 cases of whole cantaloupe.

(Gray News) - Arizona-based company Eagle Produce is recalling more than 200 cases of whole cantaloupes over possible salmonella contamination. They were sold under the brand name Kandy on a red and white sticker with UPC code 4050. No other UPC codes are affected by this recall.
