In emails, texts and phone calls, the councilors said, parents have complained about waiting nearly an hour in the morning for buses to pick up their children for school.

Parents we spoke to say RCSS transportation issues have been going on for a while, with buses sometimes being hours late picking up their children or hours late dropping them off.
