The Lakers should consider a blockbuster trade for a Phoenix Suns standout wing who's know coming off the bench.

Former three-time Sixth Man of the Year Lou Williams, who played briefly for the Los Angeles Lakers, got on the horn for his very entertaining series on FanDuel TV, "Run It Back," to pitch a bold move his old squad could make to rocket back into contention for the 2024-25 season.

“As for Beal the no-trade looms large,” Gambadoro reported on X, formerly Twitter. “He could have went to Milwaukee before he ended up in Phoenix but that was turned down. Have heard he would waive no trade for LA, Miami, Denver but I do believe there are a few others that he could ultimately decide work for him.”

In return for Beal, Los Angeles would likely ship out the contracts of Jarred Vanderbilt and Gabe Vincent among others to make salaries match. The Lakers would also likely include draft compensation, though it’s possible that Beal won’t command first-round selections.

Nikola Vucevic is currently in the middle of his fifth season playing for the Chicago Bulls. The two-time NBA All-Star is averaging 20.4 points, 10.1 rebounds
