Each week, I will use this space to tell you what I think are a few of the best bets heading into the weekend. I will also throw in an upset of the week, which will be a team that is at least a touchdown underdog that I am picking to win outright.

The Tigers host a UCLA team coming off a 42-13 home loss to Indiana in its Big Ten debut, and they opened the week as the major favorite over the Bruins with a 22.5-point spread. As of Wednesday afternoon, that spread has moved even further in LSU’s direction.
