Texas police chief brought to Lubbock hospital, manhunt underway for shooting suspect

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - A manhunt is underway for the suspect involved in the shooting of Memphis Police Chief Rex Plant. Multiple law enforcement agencies are looking for 33-year-old Seth Altman. Chief Plant and another officer went to a home last night to serve an arrest warrant on Altman.
