Honda has announced the development of a 75-degree V3 engine for larger-displacement motorcycles, which promises to be both compact and high-performing. Honda says this new water-cooled engine is designed to be compact and designed to deliver high torque even at lower revs thanks to the electric compressor.

After 40 years, Honda is once again building a V3 engine, this time as a four-stroke with an electric supercharger.

The new prototype was unveiled at the Milan Motorcycle Show (otherwise known as EICMA), showcasing how the Honda Powersports division is on a mission to deliver high output out of
