It's not super steep, but definitely very big hills. I personally would not bike it unless I had an electric bike to help.

This trail is approx 3 miles. As for how long is the ride - I assume you mean bike ride? Or maybe you mean walk? It is a walking/biking trail. The time it takes to walk/bike depends on your walking/biking speed. In addition, there are plaques all along the trail that you may want to read and there are side trails to go down near the lake that you may want to explore.
