Beware! Phone was replace what should have been under the 1 year mfg warranty however I was told by an apple csr that they used my applecare and gave me a refurb phone. Now that the phone is paid off… Full review by Danielle Sintoni

poor customer service let a minor switch out a phone and pushed her out of the store before any information could be transferred ( even though other customers were there). After driving an hour. Lost… Full review by Koree Lee
